As a resident of the 4th Congressional District and the current Treasurer of its Democratic Organization, I’ve contemplated long and hard about the 2020 Democratic Presidential Primary. It is clear, that the current President has far too many shortcomings and replacing him with a qualified and competent person that will build economic wealth for all and bring much needed respect among our foreign allies, is overdue. The person that can do that and win in November, is Mike Bloomberg!

Mayor Bloomberg, has already demonstrated his ability to create, attract and retain jobs. His “All-In Economy” Agenda, will not only rebuild and strengthen the middle class, but will also bring jobs and economic opportunity to those the current administration has left behind. His acknowledgement and willingness to invest in educational enhancements in the inner city and broadband access in rural areas appeals to voters that are seeking a "hand up" not a "hand out." Furthermore, his sensibility as a leader and his proven results, will resonate with many here in Michigan that may have felt the current president was on their side, yet has demonstrated the opposite.

On March 10th, Michigan will host its Presidential Primary and I will be voting for Mike Bloomberg, for all of the above mentioned items. As polling in this state and elsewhere has suggested, Bloomberg has the best chance of defeating the incumbent president. Let’s stand up for Proven Results and Vote for Mike Bloomberg for President.
