Trick-or-treating in the City of Durand officially begins at 6pm and runs until 8pm on Halloween night. Additionally, there are numerous trunk-or-treat and "harvest party" style activities throughout the area, for those that would rather not go door to door or that just prefer to stay indoors. Among them, Durand Church of the Nazarene's popular "Barnyard Bash," which will run the same hours as trick-or-treating, 6-8pm.
