NINE GIRLS VYING FOR PRINCESS CROWN
The 2016 Railroad Days Princess Will Be Crowned March 11th
The Durand Lioness Club is once again sponsoring the contest for the 2016 Durand Railroad Days Princess. Each contestant designs her own canister to collect votes at her sponsor’s place of business. Each penny collected counts as one vote. All money collected by this year’s contestants will go to help the local community and Lioness State and District projects. Please vote when you see a canister in a local sponsoring business. The Princess will be revealed at the Crowning Ceremony to be held on March 11th, 2016 at Durand Union Station in the Grand Ballroom at 7pm. The winner will represent not only Durand Railroad Days in the annual parade, but also the Durand Lioness Club.
