Davis traveled to Harpur, North India, with Zehtabchi, to tell the story of the stigma women in that region still face surrounding menstruation, and to share the experience of installing a "pad machine" in the village. He also joined her on stage.

Davis' new project is 'Cents,' a film about a 2002 train derailment in Potterville Michigan, near Lansing, that forced the evacuation of the city. The movie will be filmed in Potterville, Davis' home town, this spring and summer.
