The estimated time of restoration for customers in Caledonia Township is early Friday morning. An ETA on restoration in Bancroft hasn't been announced yet, but MLive reports that some could be without power through the weekend.

Corunna Schools tweeted late on Thursday that "the plan" is that school will be in session on Friday for that district.  Meanwhile, Perry Superintendent Mike Foster posted in a Perry Michigan Community Facebook group that another snow/ice day would be possible on Friday, but that the district would wait until 5am to make that call.  Winter weather, high winds and potential power outages could all play a role in the final determination for each.

Districts in the county tend to close collectively, but that is not always the case.  We'll report any area closings beginning at 5am on Friday.
