Some residents on Newberry Road in the area of Shiatown who were without power for hours report restored energy.  However, Consumers Energy still shows 20 customers in that area without power.  A crew has been assigned but the cause of the outage and an estimated time of restoration is unknown at this time, Consumers says.

A customer in Owosso shared that she lost power on Friday morning as well.  A recent look at Consumers Energy's outage map does not display that issue, but as high winds continue to impact the area through the day, there will be more possibility for downed branches and power lines that could cause customer outages.
