A Durand area mom is hoping the person that made off with the individual pieces of her daughter's trampoline brings it back, and she's offering a reward.  Christy Reasner posted in the Facebook group Shiawassee County Sales & Trades!!  that during Wednesday's wind storm, the trampoline went airborne, flying across South Durand Road and into a neighbor's yard.

She said that several neighbors helped her disassemble and drag the pieces back across the road into her yard, so that it could be reassembled once the winds died down.  But the next day, all the pieces were gone.

Reasner told Durand Now on Saturday that the person that took the pieces of the trampoline was driving a "nicer silver truck."

Reasner said "Our community has been so generous and we are so thankful," noting that they have had several offers from people willing to donate their trampolines, but Reasner said "we were hoping for ours back."

In the Facebook post she said "This is a toy for a child," and asked the person that took it to simply bring it back and put it where they found it; even offering a $50 reward.

The Facebook page Shiawassee County Police Operations shared a screenshot of the original post, since Shiawassee County Sales & Trades!! is a closed group.  If you have information, Christy Reasner can be reached here or by calling 989-277-4552.
