Verizon Customers from Detroit to Grand Rapids Suffering Service Outage
Wireless Outage Impacting Various Parts of Michigan, United States Heading Into Fifth Day

Verizon Wireless customers continue to report they are experiencing problems placing and recieving calls. Down Detector shows various parts of the country still impacted, and while there is a concentration in the Detroit, Lansing and Grand Rapids areas, Down Detector's outage map shows fewer problems than in recent days.
The Daily Mail reported on Monday that Verizon service went down at around 10am, impacting customers nationwide, and then again at 3pm. An update today shows many customers still, or again, unable to call, text, use the internet, pay their bill and utlize other functions of Verizon service.
The Daily Mail today said Verizon confirmed in a tweet that there is a problem.
Replying to a customer's inquiry at 8:04am, Verizon Wireles CS said "Our technicians a fully aware we have a ton of customers that are being effected [sic], and we're working non-stop to get this matter resolved as soon as possible."
