UPDATE: As previously noted, Michigan can be temperamental. As such, the National Weather Service cancelled today's Winter Weather Advisory early this morning. But, not long after, the National Weather Statement issued a SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT for Shiawassee County calling for up to 3 inches of snow.
It's 11:11 on Wednesday night. Your wish for Thursday might be those spring-like temperatures we had over the weekend, but alas, she is Michigan, and she is occasionally temperamental.
The National Weather Service has issued a WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY for Shiawassee County, to begin at 4am Thursday and continue until 6pm Thursday evening.
The agency indicates that we could see another 3 to 5 inches of snow accumulation by the end of the day Thursday.
